Boasting a rich history as a local public school, this venue set on 6 acres has been completely reimagined with a dedicated function and conference space, family-friendly dining area and entertainment precinct.

Drawing on the rich local mining history, we have tastefully decorated our venue with nods to this past. We have also named our hotel rooms and venues to reflect our local history. The crib room was traditionally the space where miners would take their meal break, and although our Crib Room Restaurant is far from this underground space, we hope it offers you the same comforting respite and nourishing food.

The Wines on our menu have been handpicked to suit our menu & temperate, where possible locally sourced. Our bar & wait staff are well educated in our wine list and can help you decide on which wine will pair with your meal.

Our Spirit collection covers all the favourites and more, our bar staff are always experimenting with new techniques and would be only happy to mix you up something new or go for the old favourite.
