Recent events have highlighted the need for us all to think more about supporting local business and if not, trying as much as possible to support Australian made and owned products.
As a result, we are pleased to announce a partnership with The Little Big Dairy Co. & Underground Coffee Roasters
Little Big Dairy Co is a family-owned business based in Dubbo that produces the most delicious milk we’ve ever tasted. But what really makes them special is their herd of 800 beautiful Holsteins, born and raised on their farm. Each has a name, which they know by heart. We are proud to partner with Little Big Dairy and excited to provide you with a better-tasting coffee as a result.
We have also moved locally with our coffee bean supplier. We tried many different local coffee suppliers and it was no coincidence that Underground Coffee came up trumps. Not only does their brand work beautifully with our ethos, but they also produce the perfectly blended & roasted, strong coffee you have been searching for. Underground Coffee is based in the lower Blue Mountains and right from our initial conversation with Tim the owner, we knew we were onto something. The blend we have chosen is called the Petrov Affair and we are very excited to see what you think, as we simply love it.
